Shipping Schedule

  • All in stock orders placed before 2 pm with payment confirmation will be shipped on the same day and rest will be shipped on the next working day.
  • Back orders would be shipped within 2-3 working days at the most. Backorder is an Order which temporarily out of stock us but we procure them on demand

Cancellation

Once Order is placed and payment is completed there is NO Option to cancel the order by you.

Return or Replacement Policy

Aavishjia (AJPL) Guarantees retail customers a refund or replacement of Defective Goods Sold if notified within a period of 7 Days from the date of purchase. There is no obligation on the customers to continue with the company, as the Company offers a fair refund policy, amount will be settled within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the Goods sold, subject to proof of purchase and usable/resalable condition of the products.

What you need to do

  • a. When receive the parcel please open the same in front of the Courier/Post Office Delivery Person and if damaged or you find shortages then mention the same in the Delivery document with your Name, Contact No and signature.
  • Send the scanned copy of the Delivery Document (POD) along with the Parcel back to us and we shall do the rest for you.

Shipping Charges

  • Maximum purchase limit is Rs.20,000/- per Order for Consumers.
  • Minimum purchase is 2 pcs @ MRP to get free shipping, if not standard rates are applicable and shipping charges at actual will be applied.
  • In case of COD charges if applicable, as the case may be is applicable for CODs only.
