Hot Soup for all ages.
- Sauté required vegetables.
- Add 1-2 tbsp of Nutriio and mix well.
- Add 150 ml of water. Add salt and pepper as per your taste.
- Boil for 5 Min keep stirring till required thickness.
- Ready to serve with a dash of lemon.
Butter milk Drink (without boiling)
- Take 1-2 tbsp of Nutriio Mix in the bowl.
- Add 50 ml butter milk in the bowl and Mix it without lumps.
- Add 100 ml of butter milk. Add Salt and green chillies for taste.
Multigrain Ladoo
- Add 100 ml of Ghee to the pan, heat till it is dissolved.
- Pour the contents of the Nutriio product (250gms) to the Ghee pan.
- Add Jaggery to taste and stir till it is mixed consistently.
- Once the ghee and Jaggery is mixed thoroughly, bring the pan down.
- Shape the powder to round shape or ladoo shape as required.
Nutritional Fruit Shakes
- Take 1-2 tbsp of Nutriio Mix in the bowl.
- Add 50 ml cold Milk in the bowl and Mix it without lumps.
- Add 100 ml cold Milk. Add Jaggery and fruits for taste.
- Whip the entire contents in blender.
- Serve with fruit toppings.
